The 10 song CD was mastered by Jim Monroe. This whole project was a lot of fun. A great deal of hard work and dedication is put into a project like this by everyone involved. There is no explaining how enjoyable it is to anyone who has never had the opportunity to experience it. It was a joy working with all of the great players. The "No Liquor" CD was recorded over a couple of years in various settings. Mike Eckart produced five of the songs and we recorded them at FrontPage Recorders in Los Angeles. They are very well produced, lush recordings. One song was produced and recorded by longtime friend Jim Monroe at Basura de Blanco Studios in Orange, CA. A couple of the tunes are simple bare-bone recordings with just guitar and voice that were produced, or not produced, by Gary. There is a live cut from a performance at The Coach House in San Juan Capistrano, CA.
